After working on a few golf carts I have
learnt a few things and will offer you my installation advise.
Most tips have been learned by experience

Take pictures of everything before you start.
Label where the smaller wires go
Change the cables out one at a time.
Before you take the Batteries out. Note which way they face.
Carts get dirty inside and Battery trays rust ! Something to clean it, a wire
brush and can of paint might be a plan ?
Don't force the nuts ! A can of penetrating oil can also be a handy thing to
have ready.

My Golf Cart is not on your list. Will you make me
a set to fit ?
Answer
Yes. We would need to know your
cable lengths, colors and lug hole sizes.
Standard Battery terminals would be 5/16" hole
Please include all available details you can about your
cart.

If after purchase I
find these cables do not fit correctly. Will you make me replacements ?
Answer
Yes. Simply return any
cables you would like adjusted. Even if only by an inch or two
!

Question
Can bigger Cables improve my cart's hill climbing
capability ?
Answer
Yes. It can help transfer
the power more efficiently and allow the motor to work to its potential.
Question
Will bigger cables make my cart go faster ?
Answer
No. They can help
maintain your speed under load but by themselves will not make it go any faster.
Question
My current cables get hot ! is that bad ?
Answer
Yes. Warm cables may be
acceptable
but hot cables could mean that they are undersized for the
service you are giving them.
Check that your terminals connections are tight.
Be careful of fire and component damage.
Question
Will bigger cables damage my Batteries ?
Answer
No. It will actually help protect
your batteries from damage due to strain and overheating.
Keep your batteries charged up.
Don't let them discharge any further than necessary.
Avoid allowing them to discharge all the way.

I am considering a component upgrade. Should I
upgrade the power cables too ?
Answer
Yes. Cables should always
be upgraded for installation of non stock power components
